Anime Alley returns for its 4th event, and it just keeps getting bigger and better each time!
In years past, Vegas wasn’t known for its anime scene, but times are changing! Over the last couple of years, there has been an increase in conventions and events catering to the anime community.
Anime Gear Guru, one of our favorite anime apparel shops, has set down their roots with a storefront that is easily accessible from anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley. What started as a grand opening party has quickly turned into a recurring family-friendly anime event, and the next one is only ten days away! If you’re in Vegas and looking for fun, anime-related events to bring your family to, then Anime Alley is the perfect up and coming event to check out! Did we mention it’s free? Yes, FREE!
Join local weebs, artists, and cosplayers on January 29th from 12pm to 7pm pst, for a fun-filled day! Anime Alley is located off Rainbow Blvd. and Charleston Blvd., and at this all ages event, you will be immersed in local vendors, a live DJ set, food, giveaways, and cosplay contest thanks to its amazing hosts, Anime Gear Guru!
Each month has its little surprises; last month, Anime Alley had a full on battle bots arena – there were so many people watching battles in real time, and cheering on their favorite bot to victory! This month, make sure to swing by and have your eyes blessed with some of our favorite itashas!
Anime Alley is truly worth checking out and even participating in! As someone who has both vended at and casually walked around to meet other vendors and attendees, the overall response has been a very positive one. Both vendors and attendees love the event and community outlet that it has given to anime lovers of all ages! Not only that, there’s always a consistent flow of traffic throughout the event – never leaving you with a boring moment.
